Blue Bird...

Hello! Just a short post today. Been a busy one and I am rather hooped. Today I took the kids to their swimming lessons (dad usually takes them as I work). It was fun to watch them learning to swim and blow bubbles. I try now a days to make a point to spend more time with the kiddies. They are getting big in so little time. Here is tonight's card.

I got this stamp set as a giveaway from my LSS and I was not sure what to do with it. I am glad that I got it because I was able to make some masculine cards.I tried my hand in double stamping.

I stamped the bird first, colored it, and stamped the cage on it. A thought just came to mind! I should try to emboss the cage to give it a little 3D image.
