I'm Back and Ready To Roll...

I knew I had to come back and do a post. It's been way to long. I have been a busy little bee making cards and calendars for the past two weeks. Yes!!! I got my mojo back. I knew it was there I just had to find it. So I will be here writing a post as often as I can before the holidays to show my creations. I am so excited! With all of this said I will get right to it and talk about today's creation.

Now that the month of October is gone all of the Christmas stuff is out! So you know where I was for the first few days in November. At my LSS looking at all of the cute stamps and designer paper all holiday inspired. I had some ribbon left over from last years projects and I wanted to use all of it again this year. Such pretty jewel colors. *smiles*

As I was shopping at my LSS I found this beautiful punch from Martha Stewart of a Snowflake. The awesome lady owner had a sample of the snowflake on the box which caught my eye and the moment I saw it I was sold! Don't we all love beautiful things? I know I do. *smiles again*

Okay back to the card...I cut out the elegant reindeer and used foam squares to pop it up from the background image. I also added some glitter to the antlers and body. My camera did not catch the sparkle but it is there. There are some pearl accents on the snowflakes in the background to add a speckle of elegance.So..back to the ribbon. I learned to tie a fancy dancy bow which I am so proud of. *hehehe* I used the beautiful snowflake stamp added a silver pearl accent and voila!

I made a few more cards with this design using different colored jewel tone ribbons. I think I will use these cards to give to my friends and relatives this year.
Also I have been selling my cards at few places and I am so excited about this. :) Remember a portion of the sales goes to charity.
